Bio

Paolo Hilario is Product Development Director for Scenario Virtual Project Delivery, a company specializing in software and enterprise systems for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry. He initially assembled and currently manages a team of talented software development professionals, delivering the Scenario VPD C3 product from concept to market in less than two years.

His diverse experience as a Technical Director and Project / Program Manager in a variety of disciplines such as design development, media production, manufacturing, and software programming has resulted in a wide body of knowledge upon which he can draw to formulate elegant and efficient solutions to highly complex problems. He has a passion for building high functioning technical and creative teams through mentorship and process centered methodologies such as Agile Software Development and Six Sigma.

Paolo received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marshall University, with a focus in graphic design and new media, as well as a minor in communications. He is currently attending University of California, Irvine for his certification in Project Management and Six Sigma.

A native of Southern California, Paolo Hilario is husband to Janelle Hilario and proud father of Isaac Oliver Hilario.
